No. I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology and am not RCI-licensed, so I don’t diagnose or treat clinically diagnosed psychiatric conditions. If what you’re going through needs that level of care, I’ll tell you directly and help you find someone who can.
I’ll say so honestly, rather than continuing sessions that aren’t actually helping, and I’ll do what I can to point you toward the right kind of support instead.
We spend the first session getting to know what’s brought you here, at an unhurried pace. There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to get “right” — just come as you are, and we’ll figure out the next steps together.
Sessions are 90 minutes, held over Google Meet, and cost ₹4,000 ($40 / £40 / €40).
Yes. Sessions are conducted online, and I’ve worked with clients internationally. Pricing is listed in multiple currencies to make this easier.
Yes. Everything you share will be 100% confidential. However, I have a responsibility to act in cases of criminal actions, harm to self or others, or any extraneous emergency situation based on my judgement.
